3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quotation — Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in handling B2B requests).
• To prevent spam and secure the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) — Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Sharing & processors

We use the following processors: Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile) and [email provider, e.g. Resend] for sending and receiving inquiry emails. Data may be processed on infrastructure inside and outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
